Want to review your past trades or download a report for recordkeeping? Your MetaTrader 5 platform makes it easy to access and export your full trade history in just a few steps.
Here’s how to do it:
How to Generate a Trade History Report in MT5
1. Log In to MetaTrader
Open your MT5 platform and log in using your Astropips account credentials.
2. Open the “Account History” Tab

At the bottom of your MT5 platform, click the “Account History” tab.

You’ll now see a full list of your closed trades, deposits, and withdrawals.
3. Select Your Timeframe

Right-click inside the Account History window.

Choose “Custom Period” or one of the preset options like “Last 3 Months” or “All History.”

Set the date range to include the trades you want to review.
4. Generate and Export the Report

Right-click again in the Account History section.

Click on “Save as Report” or “Save as Detailed Report.”

A file will be generated in .html format, which you can open in your browser or save as a PDF for your records.
“Detailed Report” includes stats like profit factor, expected payoff, drawdown, and more.
