How to Deposit Funds Using Your Card on Astropips

We’ve made card deposits easy, secure, and fast, all powered through our trusted partner, Helio.

Here’s your step-by-step walkthrough:

Step 1: Start Your Deposit
  • Log in to your Astropips account.
  • Head to the “Deposit” section.
  • Select “Pay by Card” as your deposit method.

  • Enter the amount you’d like to deposit and choose your currency.
  • Hit “Confirm” to move on.

Step 2: Get Redirected to Helio

After confirming, you’ll be redirected to Helio, our secure payment gateway.

  • You’ll see the total amount displayed in USDC (a stablecoin).

Example: If you’re depositing $10, it’ll show “10 USDC to pay.”

  • Click “Pay with Card” to continue.

Step 3: Log In or Sign Up on Helio

If you’re new to Helio, you’ll need to create an account or sign in:

  • Enter your email and password.
  • Verify your identity using the 2FA code sent to your inbox.
  • Once logged in, you’ll reach a screen asking for your Astropips User ID — enter it in, then click “Add Funds.”

You can find your User ID in your Astropips dashboard by clicking your profile icon (top right).

Step 4: Choose Your Card & Confirm Payment
  • Select your preferred method.

  • You’ll be redirected to Helio’s secure third-party payment processor.
  • Fill in your card details, billing address, and any other required information.
  • Confirm the payment.

Note: Depending on which processor Helio uses, the screens may vary slightly — just follow the prompts carefully.

Step 5: Payment Confirmation

Once the transaction goes through:

  • You’ll see a confirmation message on Helio.

  • Most deposits hit your Astropips account within minutes, though some may take a little longer.
  • You’ll also receive an email receipt for your records.
Step 6: Check Your Astropips Account

Return to your Astropips dashboard.

  • Your funds should now be showing in your account balance.
  • If not, refresh the page or give it a few minutes.
