Here’s your step-by-step walkthrough:
Step 1: Start Your Deposit
- Log in to your Astropips account.
- Head to the “Deposit” section.
- Select “Pay by Card” as your deposit method.
A 2% deposit fee, charged by MoonPay, will be automatically taken from your deposit. For any inquiries about this fee, kindly reach out to MoonPay directly.
- Enter the amount you’d like to deposit and choose your currency.
- Hit “Confirm” to move on.
Step 2: Get Redirected to MoonPay Commerce
After confirming, you’ll be redirected to MoonPay Commerce, our secure payment gateway.
- You’ll see the total amount displayed in USDC (a stablecoin).
Example: If you’re depositing $20, it’ll show “20 USDC to pay.”
- Enter your Astropips User ID and click “Pay with Card” to continue.
Step 3: Choose your Payment Method
- Once you've entered your Astropips User ID, you can choose your preferred payment method to continue. Depending on the method selected, you will be redirected to next steps. Follow on-screen instructions to complete payment.
The steps you see might change based on the payment method selected. Your location may also affect which options are available, so make sure to follow the prompts shown on your screen.
If you hold a balance in your MoonPay Commerce wallet, you can easily use those funds to top up your Astropips account by following the steps below:
- Log in to your Astropips account and create a new deposit request.
- During the payment selection stage, choose MoonPay Balance as your payment method.
- The transaction amount will be deducted directly from your existing MoonPay Commerce wallet balance.
- After the payment is completed, the cryptocurrency will automatically be transferred to the Astropips wallet address generated for your deposit request.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation
Once the transaction goes through:
- You’ll see a confirmation message on MoonPay Commerce.
- Most deposits hit your Astropips account within minutes, though some may take a little longer.
- You’ll also receive an email receipt for your records.
Step 5: Check Your Astropips Account
Return to your Astropips dashboard.
- Your funds should now be showing in your account balance.
- If not, refresh the page or give it a few minutes.
