How to Generate a Report

At Astropips, Partners have full visibility into client activity and earned rewards through customizable trading reports. These reports help you track performance, analyze results, and manage your partnership efficiently all within a few clicks.

To create or edit report templates, go to: Partnership → Reports

📊Report Types

When selecting “Order Report,” you can choose from two types:

Closed Trades Report→Shows detailed information on closed trades within a selected time frame.

• Results are grouped by currency pair.
• You can define custom start and end dates for full control over the reporting period.

Summary Report→Provides a complete list of clients linked to your partner account.

📈Generating a Report

1. Choose your preferred report type.
2. Select the partner code and date range.
3. Generate the report instantly or schedule it for regular delivery.

⏱️Scheduling Automatic Reports

You can automate report generation for consistent updates:

1. Click “Set Up Period.”
2. Choose the report type and partner account.
3. Set the frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
   
   

📂Saved Reports

All generated reports appear in the Saved Reports tab, where you can:

• Download reports in .xls or .csv format.
• Preview them directly online.
