What are the steps to complete the KYC verification with Astropips?
- Log in to Your Astropips Account
- Navigate to the Profile section and select the 'Documents' tab.
- You will be prompted to confirm that you are sharing sensitive information with Astropips. If you feel unsure about the source, close the page and notify us immediately.
- Choose whether you’d like to use your current device or phone.

Submit Your Identity Document
Choose the document you would like to use for verification from the accepted list and select the country of issuance. Accepted documents include:- Passport
- Driver’s License
- ID Card
- Residence Permit
Upload a clear, colour photo of your document taken in a well-lit room. Please note that screenshots or edited images will not be accepted.
- Liveness Check
Complete a selfie verification as part of our security measures to safeguard your account.
How long does the KYC verification process take?
