Getting verified is quick and simple. Follow the tips below to help your verification go through smoothly.
✔ Before You Start
Make sure you have a valid government-issued ID physically with you when starting the verification process.
-
- Please ensure that any identification document submitted for verification is in good physical condition and fully legible.
- Documents that show visible damage, such as cracks or tears, may not meet verification standards and could require resubmission.
Accepted documents include:
- Passport
- ID Card
- Driving Licence
- Residence Permit
During verification, you may be asked to hold your document to the camera so we can confirm your identity instantly.
👤 Use Your Own Identification
Your verification must be completed using your personal identity document.
Using someone else’s document will cause verification to fail and may lead to account restrictions or suspension.
📄 Check Your Document
Before uploading your ID, confirm that it:
- Is not expired
- Will remain valid for at least one more month
- Is clear and fully visible
- Has no cropped edges or blurred details
Documents that are expired or close to expiry may be rejected.
💡 Use Good Lighting
During the process you may be asked to complete a liveness check or take photos of your ID.
To avoid issues:
- Use a well-lit room
- Make sure your face and the document are clearly visible
Poor lighting may cause verification to fail.
🚫 Avoid Multiple Accounts
Each client is permitted to maintain one account only.
Creating duplicate or multiple accounts may lead to verification issues, account restrictions, or suspension.
This requirement forms part of our AML/KYC and compliance procedures. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions and AML/KYC Policy.
🔞 Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to open and verify an account.
