How Do I Find My MT5 Login Credentials on Astropips?

Whether you're setting up a live or demo trading account, you’ll need your MT5 credentials to log in and start trading. Here's exactly where to find them.

1. Check Your Welcome Email

As soon as you open a trading account on Astropips, you’ll receive an email containing:

Your Login ID
Your Temporary Password
The correct Server Name

Don’t see the email?
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder

2. Find Your Credentials in Your Astropips Dashboard

Didn’t receive the email? No problem.

From Desktop:

Log in to your Astropips account
Click the envelope icon (top right of the dashboard)
A notification will pop up showing your MT5 login details and server name

3. Finding Credentials on Mobile

On your phone or tablet?

Log into your Astropips account
Tap the three-line menu (☰) on the top left
Scroll down and tap the mail icon
