Sometimes email codes can take a bit longer to land in your inbox, especially when logging in or confirming key actions. To make things quicker and more reliable, we suggest switching to Two-Factor Authentication using an app like Google Authenticator.

It not only speeds things up but also adds extra security when you're logging in or making important moves like withdrawals.

🚀 How to Set It Up:
  1. Go to your Profile settings
How to locate it on a computer
    • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
How to locate it on a mobile
    • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
  2. Head over to the Security section
  3. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
(If you are using a mobile, kindly scroll down the page if needed, to be able to check this section below the 'Change Password' area)
  4. Choose Authenticator App as your authentication method
  5. Insert Email verification Code to change the method
  6. Scan the QR code using your chosen app (Google Authenticator)
  7. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to confirm and verify

Once completed, you’ll see a message confirming the update:

“Two-step Authentication changed.”

From this point forward, you’ll use the code from your Authenticator App whenever you log in or perform sensitive actions like withdrawals.
